Wellness On Call was founded by registered nurses Chastina Senay and Kayla Puckett with a simple vision: bring experienced, professional wellness care directly to the client while creating a more personal experience than a traditional clinic setting.
Together, Chastina and Kayla bring decades of nursing experience, extensive emergency department backgrounds, and years of travel nursing experience caring for patients in a wide variety of clinical environments. That experience shaped Wellness On Call's commitment to professionalism, safety, attention to detail, and individualized service.

Chastina brings 12 years of registered nursing experience, including 10 years in emergency nursing and 8 years as a travel nurse. Her career has provided extensive experience caring for patients in fast-paced clinical settings while adapting to different healthcare teams and communities across the country.

Kayla brings 16 years of emergency department nursing experience, including 8 years as a travel nurse. Her extensive ER background has built a strong foundation in patient assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and delivering calm, attentive care in a wide range of situations.

From your initial interaction through your in-person visit, our goal is to provide a consistent, professional, and comfortable experience built on trust and personal attention. You aren't simply booking a service—you are being cared for by the nurses who built the company.

Your appointment is not confirmed until Wellness On Call approves your request. All treatments are subject to clinical screening and eligibility.
$100 minimum per mobile visit. Clients at the same address may combine treatments to meet the minimum. Travel is included unless otherwise quoted; any additional travel fee will be disclosed before confirmation.
